Growing up i loved learning about healthy living and exercise.

I loved the way it made me feel and wanted to help promote a positive attitude towards fitness and nutrition for others. After working for many years in an office, I decided to turn my passion into my career and trained as a personal trainer and Pilates instructor and set up a successful business offering a range of bespoke fitness services in London. I loved the high intensity training but fast forward a few years and I then had a growing bump to think about. The conflicting advice and genuine lack of general knowledge in pre and post natal fitness shocked me, so I threw myself into researching and learning everything I could to teach my pre and postnatal clients how to safely and effectively continue their exercise journey.

I now have two scrumptious young children and moved out of London to a ‘calmer’ life in West Sussex. Life is busy as a mum and the luxury of ‘me’ time to enjoy the exercise sessions I was used to has somewhat disappeared but my kiddies have learnt their own Pilates moves and are used to seeing mummy take 10 minutes here and there in various poses to keep me sane! I realised the incredible benefits of Pilates through pregnancy and after. Not only did I not have the energy for the high intensity training anymore but I knew now I really had to listen to my body to recover, repair and allow myself some mental breathing space.

My business now concentrates on Pilates, offering one to one and small group specialist restorative classes in Cuckfield and the surrounding areas. I bring in functional moves to my bespoke programmes using Pilates principles. Posture, alignment, mobility and connection are essential to a happy and healthy body at any stage of life.
