What I offer
Energising Pilates Group Class
My matwork classes are held in my garden studio in Ansty. Classes are small so you can enjoy some individual attention and get the most from your class.
This class uses Pilates and everyday functional moves to strengthen your whole body. Learn how to efficiently breathe again, improve muscular imbalances, release restricted muscles but most importantly, you will learn how to take these principles into everyday life.

One to One Private Pilates
I offer private 1-1 or 1-2 Pilates classes in my garden studio in Ansty, just outside Cuckfield.
These involve filling out an in depth screening form which we will discuss together going through any areas of weakness, tension, past and/or current injuries, goals and lifestyle limitations. I will also assess your posture and movement to design a bespoke programme for you.
If you have an injury, are new to Pilates or really want to perform the Pilates moves with absolute precision these individual programmes will be perfect for you.
You may prefer the 1-1 sessions or you may just need a few sessions to gain the strength and knowledge of the Pilates repertoire to then safely join a Pilates group class.
Costs
£50 per session (1 hour)
£240 block of 6 (£40 per session)
